HANDLING AND SHIPPING CHARGES:
All charges for shipping and handling are added according to zone and weight
Plants: All Plants are sold on line are bare root. Allow 5-7 days for
shipping. Availability for plant shipping according to your zone's safest
shipping date from Zone 7 to your destination. Plants shipped during the
extreme temperatures will be recommended to ship next or second day air UPS.
Fish can be shipped anywhere nationwide. There will be a minimum box charge
of $20.00/box of fish shipped. For shipped orders, actual shipment cost is
charged. All fish will be shipped by commercial air carrier or by same day
bus service. The purchaser must make arrangements to meet the shipment and
G&H will not be responsible for live fish after they have been shipped by
the appropriate carrier. Further, G&H reserves the right to choose the
carrier for shipment unless special arrangements are made between purchaser
and G&H. Special packaging and handling are required to ship fish and
charges are made to insure your purchase arrives in the best condition
possible.
Pond Supplies can be shipped anywhere nation wide Potting Soil, Pea Gravel,
Sand, 25# Fish food - Zone A add $5.00 - Zone B add $10.00 to shipping
charges.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS - Wholesale prices are available to customers who hold
stock throughout the season. $500.00 minimum initial order, $100.00
reorder(pickup or shipped). $300.00 reorder delivered, plus delivery charge.
PAYMENT: All shipped/delivered orders must be prepaid by check, or
VISA/MasterCard until credit is established. Credit terms are Net 30 days.
There will be a $20.00 charge on all returned checks. A finance charge of
1.5% per month (18% annual) will be added to past due accounts.
DELIVERY CHARGES: $40.00 Local delivery.( With in 50 radius From Green &
Hagstrom Inc. )
20% of order value for orders less than $500- 12% of order value orders
$500.00-$999.9911% for orders $1000.00-$1499.99 10% for orders valued at
$1500.00 + A fuel sur charge will be assessed on calculated mileage.

MOTOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Inspect carefully before acceptance. Liner shipment
should be inspected on the truck before unloading. If liner package is
damaged, but no visible damage to liner, accept shipment but note on freight
bill "NO VISIBLE DAMAGE". If shipment is damaged, REFUSE IT, and notify us
immediately. It is buyers responsibility to file claim for damages.
Additional Shipping Charges: Pond supplies can be shipped anywhere nationwide. Potting
Soil, Pea Grave, Sand, 25# Fish Food and 50# Salt. Zone A add $5.00 - Zone B add $10.00 to
shipping charge.
